AHC FILTERS
The liquid-solid separator filter with High Efficiency and low and steady pressure loss.
- High efficiency to remove sand and heavy suspended solids
- No interruption flow
- No filtration screen or internal moving parts
- Zero maintenance
- Very low water loss
Alfa Water AHC filters are centrifugal seperator used widely in different industry especially for cooling tower.
It can remove 98% of sand and/or suspended solids size larger than 50 μm.
AHC filters can support flow rates of up to 2600 m³/h (11440 US gpm), with different range of inlet/outlet flanged connections between 1"½ and 20".
AHC filters can be integrated with automatic drain valve.

AVB FILTERS
The automatic patented self-cleaning filter with double effect cleaning system. High efficiency due to the combined action of brushes and suction pads.
- Multi-layers screens with several filtration degrees
- No interruption flow during the cleaning cycle
- Minimum cleaning water consumption
- Very simple and reliable cleaning mechanism with patented special pads with brushes
Alfa Water ABV filters are automatic filters with double cleaning system: suction scanning, complete with brushes, driven by an electric motor.
Thanks to flexible mechanism of scanner, ensuring adherence to the screen, this filter has high cleaning efficiency: the brushes remove dirt from the screen and the pads remove it, by sucking it. ABV filters can support flow rates of up to 1400 m³/h (6164 US gpm) with seven sizes of screens up to 19800 cm2, with several multilayers screens covering the range of filtration degree between 2000 and 10 μm and with different range of inlet/outlet flanged connections between 2" and 16".
Available 2 controllers:
- AWC Basic controller (differential pressure and/or preset time and/or manual start, IP54, 4DI, 4AI/DI, 4DO, LCD Display 1.5")

AVC FILTERS
The automatic self-cleaning filter with high efficiency due to the continuous filtration process and the low cleaning water consumption.

Alfa Water AVC filters are automatic filters with suction scanning self-cleaning mechanism, driven by an electric motor.
Thanks to flexible mechanism of scanner, ensuring adherence to the screen, this filter has high cleaning efficiency.
AVC filters can support flow rates of up to 1400 m³/h (6164 US gpm) with seven sizes of screens up to 19800 cm2, with several multi-layers screens covering the range of filtration degree between 2000 and 10 μm and with different range of inlet/outlet flanged connections between 2" and 16".
Available 2 controllers:

SERENACEL MBR MODULES
MBR PLANTS
Membrane bioreactors (MBR) offer an efficient and advanced biological treatment process compared to the conventional approach with primary and secondary clarifiers. The submerged membrane modules concept provide a long term and strong alternative in terms of process simplicity, space savings, civil works minimization and better effluent quality.
Advanatges of the MBR plants:
- No clarifies (no bulking and sludge rising problems)
- Smaller biological treatment process tank (high MLSS concentration)
- High quality water discharge

SERENACEL
SERENACEL module is a skid mounted system consisting of several elements containing hollow fiber membranes STERAPORETM 5600-5700 Series.
The Ultrafiltration membranes STERAPORETM 5600- 5700 Series are made by MITSUBISHI CHEMICAL AQUA SOLUTIONS.
MITSUBISHI CHEMICAL AQUA SOLUTIONS has installed STERAPORETM membranes in over 5,000 MBR plants around the world: some of these exceed the capacity of 90,000 m3/day.

COOLING TOWERS
Cooling Towers are constantly contaminated with particles coming from air or from processes that use cooling water. This dirt (sand, dust, algaes or other particles) inside the water can cause damages into heat exchangers or other systems, and can clog the spray nozzles of the cooling tower.
Removing this dirt is highly expensive, and it is recommended to do it from the water reservoir before water is pumped to cooling systems.
Water filtration is useful because maintains the cooling efficiency level for a longer period, reduces chemical additives costs and preserves the processes from unscheduled maintenance. In other words, water filtration lengthens the service life of the whole cooling system (cooling tower, heat exchangers,etc).
SIDE STREAM FILTRATION
AHC + AVC filtration systems are filtration systems composed by two filtration stages. The first stage is made by AHC filters that separate the heaviest particles, the second stage is made by AVC filters for finer filtration.
