Requirement
Client required a remote site installation of a large irrigation pipeline work 20,000 hectares of the Canterbury Region in New Zealand using 170km’s of HDPE Pipe.
Given the remote location the Client was looking for a novel approach to minimise cost for transport and improve local fabrication of extruded pipeline in situ.

TUBI HDPE Seamless Technology can offer a unique novel approach for the deployment of pipelines which foresee the ability to extrude SEAMLESS HDPE pipe directly on site reducing as such consistently number of joints and welds required to deliver Pipeline Work and consequently Project Costs and Risks.
